Luc Lac
Lime vinaigrette on the side:
lime juice from 4 limes
1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
pinch of salt
water to taste
This is a go-to for family dinner.
Make the beef and lay it on a platter of green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers.
Ingredients
2 lbs of chuck roast or ribeye, cubed
10 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until the meat is well covered
Let marinade at room temperature for 30 minutes
Alternatively, you can refrigerate until ready to cook - pull out 30 mins before cooking to sit at room temperature
Heat a wok on high until steaming. When the meat sizzles when it hits the wok - it’s ready.
Brown all of the meat, don’t stir too often - you want it to get a little crispy/charred
